Judge Grant is survived by his wife, Zella Forehead Grant; Children and spouses, Martha and Bob Bruckner, John and Shari Grant, Sue Grant and Carolyn Hamilton, Joe and Mary Grant, Tim and Teresa Grant, Jim Forehead, Sharron Tatum-Jones and Ken Jones, Steve and Cindy Forehead, Dave Forehead, Dan and Laura Forehead, Jeff and Sheryl Forehead; fourteen Grant grandchildren; two Grant great grandchildren; seven Forehead grandchildren; sister and brother in law, Gerry and Phil Morgan; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services: January 30, 2010 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, 10:00 A.M. at the St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 119 and Pacific Street Omaha, Nebraska.
Visitation: January 29, 2010 The Wake Service and visitation will be held at St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Visitation begins at 6:30 P.M with a Wake Service at 7:30 P.M.
Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Omaha, Nebraska
