Obituary for Dr. James Victor "Vic" Lupo

He passed away Tues., March 27, 2018, Omaha, NE, at the age of 68. Vic is survived by his wife Regina (Ivory) Lupo of 44 years, his four sons Joseph, Aaron, David, and Benjamin; his four daughters-in-law, Lynn, Jessica, Molly, and Samantha; and six grandchildren, Collin, Gabriel, Charles, James, Finian, and Claire. Vic was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
After receiving his three degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Lupo worked at Creighton University for 40 years as a Professor of Psychology. Over his tenure, he positively affected countless future professionals in the Omaha community and beyond. He enjoyed nature and the outdoors, working in the garden at his home, and befriending the local wildlife. He also loved reading Science Fiction novels and creating music, whether it be on piano, keyboard, or guitar. He had a passion for technology as well, which he passed on to his four sons. He always took pleasure in having his family over for meals and holiday celebrations, and especially enjoyed watching his grandchildren grow. Creighton University has honored him as Associate Professor Emeritus.
