My Mom, Grace loved it so much here in Colorado. I moved her out here 5 years ago this December. To be able to have my Mom just 3 minutes away was such a blessing. We spent many an afternoon Skyping with her brother, Duane in Arkansas, looking at family photos and just reminiscing about days gone.

Special thanks to the folks at Colorado Assisted Living, especially Steve and Gail that just loved on her every day. Thanks to Natalie Deville with Lutheran Family Services who helped us so much in planning services and working toward a workable financial picture for her.

And thanks to my sister Kristen and brother, Jay for taking care of all the arrangements with John A Gentleman who are a top notch, class act in the way they cared for my Mom after her passing. A big thanks to Kimber and Jeremy Wright for being the best, most caring neighbors my mom ever had.

When it came to Mothers... I hit the jackpot. She was so loved every place she went. While literally on her deathbed one of the few things I could get her to eat was these Peperidge Farm cookies. So every visit I brought her these cookies and every time she asked, "Now did you bring enough for everyone?"

That's my mom, thinking of other first right down to the very end. I was truly blessed.

    Dear Ericson and Peterson Families,
Grace was one of the best people that I have ever known. Dear to my heart and dearly loved from the moment I met her. She made Omaha a place of fun, sweetness, and joy for me and my family. Even though the time was short the memories are priceless.

Grace, well done. I love you so much and I'm excited to see you again.
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you. -Philippians 1:3
    Love, Kimber
