Aunt Lois was an incredible individual. There were nine in our family, seven boys and two parents. Aunt Lois entertained us in Omaha on many occasions. She was a tremendous cook! We loved hearing Uncle Sam and Aunt Lois discuss various conversations at the dinner table. They were always a wonderful example on how to live one's life. Aunt Lois always helped others. Every year she would spend tremendous amounts of time making her famous peanut brittle for all her friends and relatives. She will be greatly missed by all seven of her George nephews!

Dear Dianne, Geoff and Family~ loving thoughts of your mom and prayers are offered as you move forward, following her passing. In the days since her death, I have felt Aunt Lois's presence, making peanut brittle and canning watermelon pickles, furnishing miniature rooms, and sewing recital costumes on Grandma's old treadle machine. She is at peace! She is happy! She is whole again, and joyfully mingling with loved ones who arrived in heaven before her! Love and blessings from your cousin, Sue, and from her sister and best friend, Aunt Betty.
