Schonert, Christine Lee, Age 34 years

Date of Birth: 03/31/1983

Date of Death: 05/29/2017

Services:  Thank you, FATHER, for allowing our daughter, Christine, to have such a wonderful family of friends. Today we set the day for Christine's celebration.

The formal celebration of life and resting place ceremonies will be held on the 7th of June, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Lifegate Church on 156 West Dodge Road, Omaha NE. We are wearing pink for Christine. She loved her children that she took care of. Come celebrate Christine’s victory, HEAVEN BOUND!

The resting place service will commence at WestLawn Hillcrest Cemetery (53 and Center).  We will be having a meal after it is completed at the West Lawn Hill Crest cemetery guest building.

Christine wanted to give back to the children; instead of flowers we ask that you donate stuffed animals (Christine liked teddy bears). We are donating them throughout the community.

Visitation:  The viewing/brag on Christine night will be June 6, 2017 at 5-8 pm at the John A. Gentleman Pacific Street Chapel. Bring your stories, your happy times, and your best pictures.

Survived by daughter, Cora Lee; parents, Steven and Laurie Schonert; brother, John (Megan) Schonert; niece, Abigail; grandparents, Donald and Mary Schonert, Ronald Fowler, Sharon Fowler; many other loving family and friends; many loving pets, most loved Mr. Philly and Skip.

Sorry Steve and Laurie and especially Cora, and extended Family, We in NZ wish we could attend to celebrate a Lady, that what we saw was so full of life and Love of God and a wonderful mother,Aunty and friend to all who crossed her path,The smile she showed, let us know that God was with her and that she fought this battle till the very end.
We know now that Christine has WON that battle now and is living in the Glory of her heavenly father, and is cancer and pain free and is dancing with Angels Above.
So prayers that God will surround you all and comfort you but be rest assured you will see her again,But not yet,NOT YET
