Preceded in death by grandparents, Dale and Pat Neff. Survived by children, Charles and Raelyn; mother, Cheryl Neff; father, Jim (Renee) Neff; siblings, Mandy Neff (Eric Appiah), Jason (Kimberly) Neff and Patrick Neff (Mary Robinson); 3 nieces; grandparents, Rick and Wanda Gibson.
Alissa had a zest for life filled with contagious laughter and a beautiful smile. She was a free spirit, a wonderful mother, daughter, sister and friend. #familyfirst #warrior
