Bradley N. Preston

Bradley Nova Preston, loving son, friend, brother and uncle passed away surrounded by those who loved him after losing his battle to cancer. Brad was born on August 5, 1963 to Wesley and Jean Preston. He was the youngest of five children and the only son.

Brad had a gift of touching the hearts of all that he had the opportunity to meet and he had an ever lasting place in the hearts of those who knew him. Brad's life was filled with family, friends and food and each day was a treasure and a blessing to him.

Brad's career began at Albertsons Grocery and then he found his true passion working at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Over 20 years at "The Mart". Brad's ability and love of helping others was demonstrated and experienced by everyone who he had the pleasure to serve. Brad and Ken enjoyed travels to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and the Caribbean Islands.

Brad is survived by parents, Wesley and Jean Preston; his long-time friend, Ken Rhoades; sisters: Pam (Steve) Thomsen, Roxanne (Bruce) Southwell and Tammy Preston Bacon; many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Open Door Mission or the Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center in Omaha.
