Survived by husband, Larry; daughter, Kristine (Justin) Hindmand; son, Dr. Patrick (Maggie) Seitz; grandchildren, Mason and Cole Hindmand, Emery, Keely and Lily Seitz; siblings, Bonnie (Stan) Wilson, Dr. Ann (Jerry) Snyder, Adele Swihart (Tom Wagner), Robert Koefoot, Jr.; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation:

Wednesday, July 15, 2015, starting at 5:00 p.m. with Wake Service at 7:00 p.m. all at the John A. Gentleman 72nd Street Chapel. Memorials to the Cancer Survivors’ Park.
