Preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Barbara; parents, David and Constance (Clapp) Mackintosh; daughter, Janet Kotas; great-grandson, Chase Hunter; son, David Mackintosh; brother, David (Doc) Mackintosh; son-in-law, Vern Klaumann.

Survived by daughters, Connie Klaumann and Becky (Richard) Meyer; son-in-law; Doug Kotas; grandchildren, Jennifer (Chris) Hunter, T.J. (Abby) Kotas, Derek Meyer, Brandon (Kalyn) Meyer, Samantha (Jerry) Peck and J.J. Meyer; honorary grandchild, Cailin Parks; great grandchildren, Amber, Lucas, & Tyler Hunter, Isaiah, Ariahnna & Lennox Peck and Maverick Kotas; sisters, Elizabeth Oswald and MaryBelle Bastian; many other family and friends.

Memorial Service Monday, September 19, 2022, at 11:00am at the Pacific Street Chapel.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday, one hour prior to the service. 

 In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to HETRA or KSU Foundation.
