Douglas Glen Wells

October 5, 1945 — May 10, 2021

Douglas Glen Wells was born October 5, 1945 in Jackson, Wyoming. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 1967 and began his teaching career. He served in the Air Force from 1969-1973 and then received a master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1974. Following his military service, he worked in data processing and information technology until his retirement.







Doug’s passion was to study and teach God’s Word. He lived out his faith before family and friends and faithfully served Jesus, his Savior, until his death.







He was preceded in death by Lornell (Swenson) Wells and is survived by wife Sally (Iverson) Wells and their children: Natalie Cutler and husband Chris of Hill City, SD; Wade Jones and wife Chelsea of Mandan, ND; Meg Flammang and husband Kris of Bradenton, FL; Libby Larson and husband Matt of Kingman, AZ; and 13 grandchildren: Joshua (Jac), Rebecca, Abby, Jarod, Charlye, Cooper, Jackson, Quinn, Maya, Elijah, Brynn, Lucy and Liam.







SERVICES will be at Christ Community Church, June 3rd with a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM and the service beginning at 11:00 AM.
