Hazel is survived by parents Tyler Luft and Haley Strong; brother Hendrix Luft; grandparents Sandra Thomas, Leanne Strong and Tom (Soyla) Burr; papa Bill (Nancy) Luft; great grandparents Kay Luft, Vicki Huffman, Howard Strong, and Kathy (Jerry) Burr; extended family and friends. Preceded in death by grandfather Earl Luft; great grandfather William Luft, Sr.

Visitation Thursday, March 10, 2022 beginning at 12:00PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00PM at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries Pacific Street Chapel. Reception following the service at My Way Lounge, 2425 N. 84th St Omaha, NE 68134.
