Jared J. Kluza

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Jackie and Jerry Kluza; uncle Drew Kluza ; aunt, Sue Adkins; grandparents, Jim and Shirley Gutschow; and uncle, Joey Gutschow.

Survived by his parents, Chad and Amy Kluza; brother, Tyler Kluza; many aunts, uncles, cousins and great friends.

Memorial Mass Tuesday, 10:30am at St. Pius X Catholic Church.
