Jean was born December 12, 1925 in David City, NE. She was a relative of the Hall family of Hallmark cards. Jean did community work during WWII welding foot lockers and artillery shells. Most important, she was a loving wife and mother. Preceded in death by first husband, Charles Wright; son, Michael Wright; brother, Fred Stafford. Survived by husband, William Barton; sons, Gary and Dennis Wright (fiancé, Julie McBride); 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.



Visitation Friday, March 3, 2017 from 1-2PM at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries 72nd Street Chapel, followed by a Graveside Service at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials to the Nebraska Humane Society.
