Jerald A. Hurtz

Preceded in death by son Mark Hurtz; nephew Rick Hurtz. Survived by wife Margaret "Maggie"; children, Sara Weixelman of Lincoln, Anne Thomsen of Beatrice, James (Lindsay) Hurtz of Omaha; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Richard (Margaret) Hurtz of Livermore, CA, Dennis Hurtz of Decorah, IA; extended family and friends. Jerry had fought an 8-year battle with cancer. Memorials to St. James Building Fund and Josie Harper Hospice House.

Friday September 26, 2014 2:00 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Omaha, NE.



Visitation:

Thursday September 25, 2014 starting at 5:00 p.m. with a Wake Service at 7:00 p.m. all at St. James Church.
