John was born in Atchison, KS, son of William and Catherine Wolters, brother to 5 sisters and 4 brothers.
Survived by his wife of 58 years, Therese (Kealey) Wolters; children, Peter (Darcy), Dolly (Tracy), Paul (Carla); 7 grandchildren, John, Patrick, Peter, Claire, Joseph, Annalise and Cecelia.
John Wolters was a realtor in Omaha for 47 years. John was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Knights of Columbus and Millard American Legion. He served on the Omaha Parks Board and Board of Realtors. Past president of Omaha Exchange Club
