Joyce was preceded in death by parents, Alvin and Darlene (Rohrberg) Arp. She is survived by husband, Wayne; daughter, Ranae Gardner; son, Dr. Timothy (Nicole) Hahn; grandchildren, Morgan, Ryan, Jazmin, Devin, Wyatt, Weston, and Hayleigh; sisters, Nancy (Bob) McClenathan and Sue (Merlin) Pedersen; many nieces, nephews and extended family members. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church.
