Preceded in death by his father, Carroll Clark. Survived by his wife, Cindy Burbank; sons, James (Kaylyn) McMillan, Robert (Tiffany) McMillan and Caelen Burbank; 5 grandchildren; his mother, Juanita Clark; 4 brothers and 3 sisters; his extended family and many good friends.
Memorial Visitation Thursday, 6:00pm to 8:00 pm at the Pacific Street Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.
