October 16, 1937 — April 13, 2021
Preceded in death by parents, Helen Rakowski Purcell and Lee Charles Purcell. Survived by son, Lee C. Kirchner, MD (Loise) of San Antonio, TX; many cousins, great cousins and great great cousins; longtime friend, Barry and many other friends who will miss her greatly.
LeeAnn pretty much made friends with anyone she met by her kindness, wonderful sense of humor and positive attitude. She always had an optimistic outlook. Longtime member of St. Margaret Mary’s Church Choir, Hospital Ministry, ballerina dancer, very artsy, supporter of the arts, and loved to travel.
Memorials to Catholic Charities, St. Margaret Mary Church, or a homeless shelter.
