Mert is survived by husband, Ron Mattes; children: Terri (Ron) Dunaway, Merri Karr, Sherri (Dale) Tharp, Ronald R. (Cindy) Mattes, Ruby Andrea (Lou) Venditte; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Chris (Joanie) Petersen.
She is preceded in death by parents, LT and Evaline Petersen; grandchild, Emily Rose Tharp; siblings: Wilbur Petersen, Marie Packard, Chic Ransom, Donna Spraugue and Ruby Webb.
