Preceded in death by his father, Gary Lewis; grandparents, Alice and Jack Kaya and Harold and Ida Lewis. Survived by his mother, Carol (Rudy) Mudra; daughter, Kylee Lewis; grandson, Orion Myers; siblings, Mike Lewis and Michelle (Darrell) Gruber; nieces, Sierra (Devin) Boots and Skye Harlow; aunts, Jackie Shindo and Marilyn (Todd) Hespen; step-sister, Derinda Eagleton; his extended family and many good friends.

MEMORIAL Service Saturday, 11:00 am at the 72nd Street Chapel.

Visitation one hour prior to the service. 

The family requests that all attendees wear casual clothes and their favorite concert t-shirt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for later donation.
