Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
Survived by wife, Emily Kozlik; children, John (Carolyn) Kozlik and Caroline (John McCaslin) Kozlik; grandchild, Kendall Kozlik; siblings, Ron (Marlene) Kozlik, Doug (Vicki) Kozlik; sister-in-law, Virgene Kozlik; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by
his parents, Otto and Ella Mae Kozlik; brother, Jack Kozlik.
A Celebration of Michael's Life will be held at a later date when it is safe for friends to gather.
Private Family Services will be held Saturday, Oct. 10 and live
streamed.
