Preceded in death by his parents, Richard F. and Johanna (Joost) Shipwright; sister, Janice Ann and son-in-law Michael A. Fischer.

Survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Joyce; children, Jane Fischer, Mike (Brenda) Shipwright and Jodi (Keith) Moore; 6 grandchildren, Emily Fischer, C.J. Shipwright, Jacob Fischer, Kailee Moore, Jamison Shipwright and Kaleb Moore; nieces, nephews and many good friends.



Services:

Memorial service Monday, 11:00 a.m. at Lutheran Church of the Master, 2617 S. 114th St, Omaha, NE 68144. Private burial of the urn at Voss Mohr Cemetery. .



Visitation:

Memorial Visitation with the family, Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the John A. Gentleman Mortuaries L Street Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for donation to Richard’s favorite charities.
