LEONARD (LES) SCHNEIDERMAN, 87, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2016. after



a long illness. Les was the former owner and President of KB Foods, Inc. a long time



foodservice distributor. In his later years he became an avid antique collector.



He is survived by wife, Jan Ricks Schneiderman, children, Robin Schneiderman Baer



(Kenneth) Dix Hills, New York, Debra Schneiderman Trenton, (Steven), Mission



Hills, Kansas, and Scott Schneiderman (Heidi), Omaha, Nebraska. Grandchildren,



Lauren and Adam Baer, New York City, Andrew and Emily Trenton, Syracuse, New



York and Brooke, Tyler and Spencer Schneiderman of Omaha. Brother in Law and



sister in Law, Marty and Iris Ricks, Omaha and Sister in Law, Shirley Schneiderman



Morris, Dallas, Texas.



Les was born October 10,1928 in New York City. He was preceded in death by his



parents Sarah and Irving Schneiderman, brother Dr. Neal Schneiderman, and uncles



Nathan and Abe Kesselman.
