Terry Lee Azeltine

May 25, 1956 — September 2, 2015

Bellevue, NE. Terry was born in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Terry was involved in many charitable causes. He was a member of the Kiwanis, Ignation Associates, studied Pre-Med/Computer Science at Creighton University, was a member of the Bellevue and Omaha Radio Club, worked at Methodist Hospital in the technical support department, was involved in many programs in which help many people of all backgrounds and ages - as you can tell he was certainly a "Servant of the Lord". Terry was a member and clergyman of St. John's Church at Creighton, and extended his passionate belief in Jesus Christ every moment he was living. He is now with one he loved so much. Terry touched every heart in which he met. He was a perfect example of a "True Christian". He published a prayer book called, "Spirit Blown Wheat" and established a Facebook group page featuring his poetry. (Spirit Blown Wheat)



As a very dear friend said upon Terry's passing: "He was a kind soul. Heaven has one more angel."



Terry is survived by his mother, Yvonne Azeltine of Milan, IN; 3 brothers, Robert (Yvonne) of Bunker Hill, WV, LeRoy (Mary Lou) of Overland Park, KS, and James (Debbie) of Leawood, KS; 2 sisters, Yvette Azeltine Pryse of Independence, KY and Charlene (Pat) Holland of Moores Hill, IN; 3 children, Nicholas Lee Meisel of Pullman, WA, Jake (Michelle) Zoucha of Bellevue, NE and Jennifer Zoucha Weeks of Omaha, NE; 7 grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rikki Zoucha Azeltine; father, Robert M. Azeltine, Sr.; 2 younger brothers, Alan Lewis and Frederick Walter Azeltine; paternal and maternal grandparents.



Inurnment will take place at a later time. Any donations in memory of Terry can be sent to: St. John's Church at Creighton or the Omaha Community Foundation



Visitation:

Friday, September 4, 2015 at 5:00 with a Vigil at 7:00PM at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
