Thomas is survived by children, Jennifer (Bobbie Taylor) Yager, Shannon (Daniel) Jones and Trace (Samantha) Yager; grandchildren, Ava, Brennan, Emma, Cora, Hunter and Cameron; siblings, Jeff (Paula) Yager, Curt (Ann) Yager, Bobby Yager; nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Jean Yager; sister, Cathy Straka and many other beloved family members that passed before Thomas.
Visitation begins Thursday, 4pm, May 27th at the 72nd Street Chapel with a Memorial Service at 7pm.
