Born June 3, 1939 - Entered into rest July 18, 2017. Predeceased by his father Vernon C. Miller, mother Gladys M Lynn, Sister Karen M Hurt and great grandson Carson Clem Wrabetz.



Left to cherish his memories are his wife Gloria, daughters Kim(Chris)Burnett, Michelle (Darrell) Miller of Omaha, Beth Miller of Phoenix AZ, and son John(Teresa)Matuza of Suffield CT and step sister Shari Naviaux of Centerville MA, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, 1 niece and 1 nephew and many friends.



In March 2007 before surgery he penned these words:



"DecoratedMarineCorps vet, Proud to serve and loved his country. Greatest moment in his life was accepting Jesus Christ as his Savior. Most cherished decoration was Sikorsky Life Saver Pin. Best earthly happening was meeting his wife Gloria."



He truly loved the Lord, his family and Country and was an inspiration to so many.



He was an active member of Morningstar Lutheran Church serving in many areas and many military related organizations.



Services:

Memorial Service Friday, July 28, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Morning Star Lutheran Church, Omaha, NE.



Visitation:

Memorial Visitation Thursday, July 27, 2017, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the John A. Gentleman Pacific St. Chapel.
