Survived by wife, Angela; sons, Alex and Avery Coffey; sisters, Jayne (David) Kavan and Patricia (David) Nelson; nieces, Dana (Andrew) Gagnon, Sarah (Josh) Pope, Jennifer Vernier, and Kristin Crosslin; nephews, Adam (Kim) Kavan and David Nelson; great nieces and nephews. Tom was the owner of Ford Van Lines in Omaha and past President of Nebraska Trucking Association.



In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association.
