Virginia Claire Aulner

Virginia Claire Aulner, 78, of Omaha, died March 25, 2016 in her home. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1956 and attended College in Ames, Iowa in 1961. She started work at St. Joe’s Hospital in the laboratory, and continued to work for St. Joe’s Creighton CHI until she retired in 2010.



Preceded by parents, John and Alta Aulner and brother, John Edward Aulner Sr. Survived by sisters, Darlene Marion and Shirley Anderson; brothers, Marvin, Kenny, and Albert Aulner.



VISITATION 6-7pm with a 7pm wake service Thursday, March 31 at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries 72nd Street Chapel. FUNERAL MASS 11:15am with family greeting guests after 10:45am Friday, April 1 at Saint Cecilia Cathedral, 701 N 40th Street.
