Cynthia L. Salkin

  Cindy was born January 20th, 1960 in Buffalo, New York. She moved to Omaha in 1978 and while there met Rich Salkin through a mutual friend, beginning 42 wonderful years together. They settled down and had two beautiful girls, Becca and Liz. 

  Throughout Cindy’s life she found joy in traveling the world with her family; watching and attending tennis tournaments; spoiling her grandchildren; and enjoying a Diet Coke, good coffee or M&Ms. She will be remembered for her wit, for her giving spirit and for her love for her family.

  Cindy is survived by husband, Rich; daughters, Becca (Sky) Rotert and Liz Salkin (Nathan Kopisch); grandchildren, Hadley and Jonah; brother, Mark Pritchard; brother-in-law, Mike Salkin; sister-in-law, Dede Spiegal.  Preceded in death by parents, Richard and Emily Pritchard.

Celebration of Life Gathering Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 2:00-5:00PM at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries Pacific Street Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Cindy’s name to the American Cancer Society.
