Jim passed away quietly the morning of October 18th after battling several health issues the past two years. He lived a full life with autism, making him the unique person we knew and loved. Jim’s life was filled with collecting model cars and magazines, and reading history books and encyclopedias. He was a staple at local car shows and swap meets for years, and was known by many of the vendors. Jim was not a huge communicator, but was exceptionally smart; he always enjoyed reciting car and history facts to others, often with his unique sense of humor! Jim left a lasting impression with those who cared for him at his assisted living home, and our family will miss him greatly in our lives.
Jim is survived by his sister Anita, brother-in-law Pat, nephews and nieces Zach, Molly, Nic and wife Claire, and great niece Roma.
