John Richard Awalt

Passed away on December 4th 2015 comforted by daughters in Queen Creek,



Arizona. John was born and lived most of his life in Omaha, Nebraska.



Preceded in death by wife, Donita, wife Shirley, parents John & Leona, brother



Timothy, and sister Kathy. Survived by daughters Kari and Shari, Stepdaughter



Kelli and 11 siblings, Karen, Jim, Janet, Joane, Jackie, Joyce, Terry, Kevin, Jane,



Jean & Jeff. John was blessed with 3 beautiful grandchildren.



John will be fondly remembered as a hardworking father, protective big-brother



and a great friend to many. John enjoyed several hobbies and was an avid



golfer, hunter and bowler.



Memorial service will be held Sunday December 13th 1pm at John A. Gentleman 72nd Street Chapel.
