Mom was fantastically handled. They went above and beyond to do everything to make her feel special. We spent over an hour with Tony, which he wanted to know everything that made us love her. We are avid Trekkie's/Sci-Fi junkies. I walked into her room with a quote from Jean-Luc Picard. My family thought I ordered it, and I did not, they completely did that on their own, in which I lost it. The florist (Piccolo's...at least i think they did this) also added a few touches of Star Wars to the mix....but I'm sure it was them. My mom would have been so incredibly happy with how everything turned out. She didn't wear much make-up and they actually didn't put much on. Another company we used for my grandmother made her look like a clown. Overall they were fantastic and did so much that was not required of them. Plus they let me bring in a ton of stuff with no complaint. The staff that was there was extremely professional, I wish I could remember all of their names. Thank you so much guys!

Everyone at John A. Gentleman's Mortuary was kind and professional. From the moment I first called them after my father's death each and every person on the staff remained thoughtful, gracious and always beyond considerate. They anticipated and answered our every need. We had some unusual requests and Gentleman's always made us comfortable with asking for anything. Their services were outstanding. They ministered to our needs and I will never be able to thank them enough for walking us through such a sad time.

I contacted the Mortuary to obtain past information on my uncle. The information was not readily available and had to be sourced from past ledgers. Doug was quickly responsive and had the information to me in a very short time. It meant so much to me and I am very appreciative for the extra mile that was done on my behalf. Tom, Tony, Sally, Marcella, and Everyone else did a fantastic job of taking care of my grandmother, my family, and myself when we had to say goodbye to the most important and influential person in our lives. The service was just as excellent when we said goodbye to my grandfather in 2011. They have never disappointed us, and I have extremely high (and sometimes unrealistic) standards. They will remain our go-to when we are faced with tragedy and loss. I would recommend them to anyone who wants nothing but perfection for their loved ones final needs. Thank you so much, to Tom and everyone else I mentioned for all that you have done for us today, and repeatedly in the past. Your family business will remain a family tradition in our family, without a doubt.

We had an absolute outstanding experience with everyone there but one that truly went beyond, helped us in every way possible and answered our questions very patiently and provided us with great comfort during our painful and difficult time.
